Housing.NE.gov is a housing locator service launched for Nebraskans in 2007. This service provides detailed information about rental properties to help people find housing to best fit their needs. Housing.NE.gov is free to search and list and can be accessed online 24 hours a day or by a toll-free, bilingual call center at 1-877-428-8844 (M-F, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Central Time).

The easy-to-use, FREE search lets people search for rental housing using a wide variety of criteria and mapping features. Listings show detailed information about each unit. Users can also find links to local resources and helpful tools such as an affordability calculator.

Property providers, from Housing Authorities and management companies to private landlords, can use this service to post unlimited property listings at no cost. Listings can include pictures and information about accessibility features, nearby amenities like public transit, and much more. It’s easy to add and update listings online or by phone, fax, or email.
